  I was truly impressed by the care I received.  The young man at the desk was very helpful, he even came over to me to make sure i was able to fill out the forms.  Everyone was friendly and caring.  Carolyn McMillan and her nurse Ann Kotkas were amazing!  Extremely caring and took time to explain everything.  Definitely a positive experience.  I highly recommend Newark Urgent Care.

  Came for a broken arm for my kiddo, registration was a breeze and was so thankful it was so easy. There wasn't any standing in line for paperwork. I made some mistakes the woman at the desk helped me with (this was an unexpected park accident that capped a VERY long day lol). Every nurse was very kind, Doc who attended to us was clearly very knowledgeable and comfortable to talk to. We left with a referral, discharge papers, and pain management guidance that left me feeling confident on managing my child's recovery. 10/10 would recommend!
